My son, Clint, was very much instrumental in encouraging me to get back onto a motorcycle after an absence of 40 years. Especially, since he had such a wonderful experience dealing with Kurt at Mid-South Motoplex, I decided that I would do the same even though I live in western Kansas. After checking their website inventory and visiting with Clint and Kurt during the selection process, my son Clint knew exactly the bike that would work best for me. After flying from Kansas with the transaction completed, Clint was able to work with me right there on an adjacent back access road beside the dealership. After 2 1/2 hours we returned back into the dealership to express our appreciation for making the ownership of this beautiful 2009 Yamaha V Star Custom Cruiser a reality for both Clint and I. Many thanks to everyone there at Mid-South, including Chad and PJ for their encouragement and getting familiar with the cruiser. Today, 2 days after all of this, Kurt, Clint & I all took a 100 mile road trip together this time all on our own machines. WHAT FUN !!!! I took my bike into Mid South Motoplex after 2 months of trying to figure out what the problem with my '08 Honda CBR 600RR was. At first MSM technicians could not figure out the problem either, but that did not stop them. They exhausted many resources and finally figured out what was wrong with my bike. They also saved me a ton of money by finding a warranty on the faulty part. I would recommend the shop to anyone I know, and I have recommended them already to a few friends. This is the best shop in Clarksville area BY FAR!

The whole staff is friendly and helpful as could be. The sales team is great and have not had any issues what-so-ever. But to be honest with you, the service department is what keeps me coming back. PJ and Chad to me are the heart and sole of the dealership. They have done more than just their jobs. They really care about what they do. This was my first bike in about 20 years. I was particularly impressed with the fact that the salesman didn't get starry eyed and try to sell me the most expensive (not to mention dangerous to someone who was essentially a new rider) bike on the lot. In fact I seem to remember him talking me out of getting the bigger Boulevard and going with commonsense. I did have a problem with the bike about 4 weeks ago. Something minor that was not a reflection of the quality of the bike itself. I called the service department about getting the bike to them. The service manager asked me what the problem was and the best way to fix it. He essentially talked me out of spending money to have them get the bike and remedy myself the problem. That impressed me as well. Most places would look to bilk you of all they can, even if it was a very minor problem (sparkplug) Folks as long as Im in TN, my next bike is coming from Midsouth.

My venerable GoldWing and my record-breaking TransAlp are the best two things on wheels I have ever had the joy to possess. I bought them both at Midsouth Motoplex and shipped them to Holland. But what really makes Midsouth a class of its own is their incredible standard of customer care. To say that Ed and his crew will go the extra mile for you is an understatement. Time and again they have helped me out with spare parts, export regulations, storage and all the peculiarities that go with being an overseas customer. Walking into that shop back in 1992 has probably been the best decision I've ever taken in the USA.

I have purchased a number of motorcycles from Ed over the years starting with a Virago in 1979. I have purchased 7 or 8 motorcycles over the years, and it never entered my mind to go anywhere else considering the treatment I received at this dealership. They negotiate in good faith, they stand behind their products, and service is excellent. In business if you have a good product at a fair price, and give good service you will do well. This is why this dealer is so successful. Ed takes a personal interest in his customers, and that is rare indeed today. Lets not forget the professional staff usually I deal with Fred and he is knowledgeable and professional. Also lets not forget Audrey the receptionist, always smiling, always a good word for you, and she seems to know where the staff is all the time. (how does she do it?) This is a great dealer, I highly recommend them, give them a try. If you're disappointed here, then I suspect no one could ever please you.

This was our first bike buying experience and we did a lot of research before making a purchase. The salesman, Jordan Katz, was extremely helpful in answering our questions and assisting us in our choice of bikes. Becky in the riding gear department was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. She helped match the gear to the bike color and ordered it for us right away. The service department was helpful in going over the dos and donts of the bike, the break-in schedule, and what to expect on the first service. They took the time to show how to properly tie-down the bike, and the parts department was quick to assist with the right equipment to tie-down the bikes. I would definitely recommend them to everyone and will go there again when I decide to purchase again!

Bought a used Jet Ski. The overall experience was wonderful. My husband and I are extremely busy and we did most of the work over the phone, went in for ten minutes and walked out with our new ski. I started looking for a motorcycle back in November of 2008, The Salesman who took care of me really listened to me and encouraged me to sit on several bikes to find the right bike , but most off all he wanted me to enroll into a safety riding course; Which I did and I was thankful for him on that advice. I purchased a Yamaha V-Star 950, The staff in every department was excellent. I was fitted for a riding jacket, gloves, safety vest, and helmet, I was also educated on the bike I bought. No car dealership has treated me this way. The best part is my salesman calls me every now and then to check on me and answer any questions I might have, and he tells me about any rides the staff are having and I learn allot when I'm out riding with them. What a dealership, I saw a bike for sale that I liked in the used bike section of their web site. Problem was I lived 3 states away, so I sent a email off and almost instantly got feed back from them. Afterward I called and talked to the salesman that emailed me back. Kurt Wilson is the sales person I dealt with and lets just say he is a fantastic very energetic person to talk to. (highly recommended sales person). After buying the bike over the phone sight unseen (only in pictures) he assured me the bike is all of what it said it was and more.
